Creative Lead

We’re looking for a creative lead who will constantly produce ideas that will transform a small investment in a communications program into a bottom-line figure worth millions. You are someone with a chance to change the world and inspire large audiences. We’ll provide you a platform to talk to the masses. 

What you'll do

  • Idea generation: Build an idea repository of stories that convert information on laser eye treatment into interesting, relevant, and entertaining advertising. Generate ideas on a daily basis that engage, entertain and inform audiences. Constantly insert irreverence and humility to keep ideas fresh. 

​

  • Production: Convert ideas into daily marketing campaigns by copywriting, designing the visuals, and publishing world-class content to all digital platforms. The creative function will ship new campaigns on a daily basis from day one, we want to be the leaders in informing the public on eye care. Personal accountability for on-time deliverables is key.

  • Brand building: Bring our brand to life by scaling our presence to new digital channels such as Instagram, Snap, TikTok, etc. A brand is an agglomeration of stories linked together by a vision. This role will closely partner with the company owners to build stories around our vision and where we’re headed. 

 

  • Product: Design the visual aesthetics of our website and mobile app by adopting a patient-centric approach. Partner with the engineering lead to ensure the design is translated into pixel-perfect end-state.

  • Distribution: Partner with analytics and digital ops to optimize distribution by running rapid experiments around copy, visual/creative, and targeting. This creative role requires a deep understanding of marketing economics and knowing the impact of ad campaigns down to the rupee. You view general advertising and direct response marketing as two sides of the same coin.

Qualifications â€‹

​

  • A portfolio of exceptional and multidisciplinary work (please provide a link to your portfolio)

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the creative industry, with experience across art direction, design, branding, and UX

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written 

  • Exceptional design aesthetic, variations on styles, and awareness of design trends 

  • Fluency in the latest design trend, tools, and technology cross-platform (mobile, and web)

  • Deep knowledge and genuine interest in the work being done at Laser Vision Centre for improving eye care in Pakistan
